Southbeam text updates

Southbeam LLC’s text program is being prepared and is not active yet. These terms describe how it will work when available. We will only send program messages after the sender setup is complete and you have opted in.

What you can choose to receive

With your optional consent, we may text you a walkthrough confirmation, meeting reminders, scheduling updates, a follow-up if we miss each other, and responses to your questions. We plan one confirmation and up to two reminders per walkthrough, with additional messages only when you reschedule, miss the meeting, or continue a conversation. Frequency varies.

Walkthrough-update consent does not include promotional campaigns. Any future promotional program will ask for separate consent. We do not send repeated no-show chasers or automatically text every missed caller.

Joining is optional

You can opt in using an unchecked consent box presented with the booking form, or another documented method that explains the messages. Entering a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of booking, purchase, or receiving services. You must be authorized to use the number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Costs, stopping, and help

Southbeam does not charge a separate subscription fee for these texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may send one opt-out confirmation; after that, program messages stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email hello@southbeam.co.

Text delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Use your confirmation email for meeting details if a text is delayed. Tell us if your phone number changes so we can update the record.

Your information

We use your number and consent record to manage the messages you request and honor opt-outs. Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold or shared for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process the information needed to deliver and manage messages on our behalf. See our Privacy policy.
