Who we are

Southbeam LLC operates this website at southbeam.co and provides websites, customer follow-up systems, and business automation services. This policy covers our website, inquiries, walkthrough bookings, and communications with you.

Information we collect

When you contact us or book a walkthrough, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, appointment details, business information, and the contents of your messages. We also keep communication preferences, consent records, and opt-out requests.

The public Growth Leak Score calculates your result in your browser. Answer choices are kept in session storage for this tab and are not sent to our CRM. Start over to remove the draft. Downloading a result saves a file on your device. Sharing a result by email opens your own email application; you decide whether to send it. Booking a walkthrough uses our separate HighLevel scheduling page.

Our hosting and service providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, and security or error logs to serve and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to answer your questions, arrange and manage meetings, understand your business needs, provide requested services, maintain customer records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. We send optional marketing emails only when you choose to receive them. Booking a walkthrough or requesting information does not by itself subscribe you to promotional texts.

Text messages and your choices

Southbeam’s SMS program is being prepared and is not active yet. When available, optional text updates may include walkthrough confirmations, meeting reminders, scheduling changes, a follow-up after a missed meeting, and replies to questions you have asked us. Consent is collected separately through an unchecked checkbox or another documented opt-in. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent. You can book a walkthrough and use our services without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency varies with your appointment and conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance, or email hello@southbeam.co. After an opt-out, we may send one confirmation and then stop further program messages unless you opt in again. See our SMS terms.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share the information needed to deliver messages with providers acting on our behalf, such as our communications platform, messaging provider, aggregators, and carriers.

Providers and sharing

We use Vercel to host the website, HighLevel to manage inquiries, customer records, scheduling, and communications, and Google Workspace for business email, calendar invitations, and meetings. When Southbeam texting is enabled, a messaging provider and carriers will process the information needed to deliver and manage texts. These providers receive information needed to perform their services.

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, with your direction, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Our SMS consent information is excluded from disclosures for a recipient’s marketing or promotional use.

Cookies and browser storage

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and conversion interactions without advertising cookies. We exclude contact details, diagnostic answers, URL query parameters, and personal message content from analytics. We do not use advertising pixels. Our infrastructure and linked booking service may use cookies and similar technology for essential operation, security, and scheduling. The Growth Leak Score uses session storage to retain answer choices in the current browser tab; contact details are not saved in that browser draft. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.

We do not use cross-site advertising tracking on this website. We skip analytics when the browser sends a Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control. Separate websites you choose to visit may have different practices.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries, booking records, correspondence, and service records for as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, the purpose collected, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We retain consent and suppression records as needed to respect your choices and document compliance. We periodically review records and delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.

We use reasonable access controls and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive financial, health, or identity documents through a general inquiry or booking form. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Your requests and preferences

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact hello@southbeam.co to make a request or ask us to reconsider a response. We may request enough information to verify that the records belong to you. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or opt-out purposes.

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop those emails. Appointment or service-related emails may still be sent when needed to manage a request. SMS opt-outs are handled separately. We do not make booking or purchase conditional on marketing consent.

Children and other websites

Our services are intended for adults acting for a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Our website links to other businesses and platforms. Their own privacy notices apply to information they collect independently. A link does not mean Southbeam controls their practices.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice when required for a material change.
